We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

Director - Debbie "DD" Davies Graduated Magna-cum-lade from California State University, Debbie has 20+ years of child care and child education experience. She has held positions as teacher from infant through 8th grade, as well as Assistant Principal and Daycare Center Director. For Debbie, it’s all about the children having a safe and fun learning experience.
